Terms & conditions of sale
Last updated: July 2026
These terms and conditions of sale ("Terms") govern the booking and provision of services offered by Golden Blue Riviera ("the Provider") via goldenblueriviera.com. Any booking constitutes full acceptance of these Terms by the customer ("the Customer").
1.Purpose and scope
These Terms apply to any order for a private guided tour on the French Riviera, including local guide services, private vehicle transport, and professional photography, as described on the website at the time of booking.
They take precedence over any other document, except for specific conditions expressly agreed in writing by the Provider.
2.Provider identification

For any question regarding a booking or these Terms, the Customer may contact the Provider using the details above.
3.Description of services
The Provider offers private tours on the French Riviera (Nice, Cannes, Monaco, Antibes and surrounding areas), as half-day, full-day, night, or two-day experiences, depending on offers available on the website.
Each tour includes: a local guide, a private vehicle reserved for the Customer's group, and a professional photographer present throughout the experience. The number of participants is limited to 6 people per tour. The itinerary is flexible and adapted to the group's pace.
After the tour, the Customer receives a gallery of 35 to 40 edited photographs, delivered by email in high resolution within a maximum of 7 business days after the service.
4.Booking and contract formation
Bookings are made online: the Customer selects a tour, a date (and a second day for 2-day tours where applicable), the number of participants, then completes the booking form.
The contract is formed upon confirmation of payment via Stripe. Until then, the booking remains pending payment and may expire if the payment link is no longer valid.
Bookings must be made within the deadlines shown on the website for each tour (generally at least 48 hours before departure, and up to 180 days in advance, unless otherwise stated on the tour page). The Provider reserves the right to decline any booking if the guide, photographer, or selected time slot is unavailable.
5.Prices and payment
Prices are shown in euros (€), inclusive of applicable taxes for tourism services as offered. The displayed rate applies to groups of 1 to 3 participants. For groups of 4 to 6 participants, a group surcharge applies (€200, unless a different rate is shown on the tour page).
A €50 surcharge applies if the pickup point is in Cannes, Monaco, or Antibes (outside the default Nice area).
Full payment is required at the time of booking, by credit card via the secure Stripe platform. No card details are stored by the Provider. Any accepted promotional codes are deducted from the total before payment.
6.Cancellation, changes and rescheduling
Cancellation by the Customer: the Customer may cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled departure time, without providing a reason. After this deadline, no refund is due, except in cases of force majeure duly justified and accepted by the Provider.
Changes by the Customer: any request to change the date, time, or pickup point must be sent to the Provider by email or phone. The Provider will endeavour to accommodate the request subject to availability; no change is guaranteed within 24 hours of departure.
Weather rescheduling: in adverse weather, the Provider may adapt the itinerary (sheltered spots, covered viewpoints). If conditions make the service impossible or unsafe, a free reschedule to another date will be offered.
Cancellation by the Provider: in case of unforeseen unavailability (guide, photographer, vehicle), the Provider will inform the Customer as soon as possible and offer a reschedule or a full refund.
7.Tour conduct
The Customer must arrive at the agreed pickup point at the time stated in the booking confirmation. Late arrival may reduce the effective duration of the tour, with no partial refund.
The Customer should communicate any special requests (accessibility, dietary needs, special occasion) when booking or before departure. The guide may adapt the itinerary based on traffic, local conditions, and safety constraints.
The Provider may contact the Customer by email or phone before the tour to confirm practical details.
8.Photo delivery
Photographs are taken by the Provider's photographer during the tour. The Customer receives a selection of 35 to 40 edited images, sent by email to the address provided at booking, within a maximum of 7 business days after the tour date.
Photographs are supplied in high resolution for personal use by the Customer and their companions. Any commercial use, resale, or advertising distribution without prior written consent from the Provider is prohibited.
9.Customer obligations and liability
The Customer agrees to provide accurate information (identity, contact details, pickup point, number of participants) and to follow the guide's instructions during the tour.
The Customer is responsible for the behaviour of accompanying persons. Children must remain under the supervision of their parents or guardians.
The Customer should hold personal insurance covering tourist activities where appropriate. The Provider accepts no liability for loss, theft, or damage to the Customer's personal belongings.
10.Provider liability
The Provider uses all reasonable means to ensure the quality and safety of the service. Its liability is limited to the amount actually paid by the Customer for the booking in question, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.
The Provider cannot be held liable for delays or itinerary changes imposed by traffic, weather, site closures, or any event beyond its control.
In the event of a payment malfunction or double booking on the same slot, the Provider will issue a full refund of any amounts improperly charged.
11.Personal data
Data collected during booking (name, email, phone, pickup point, special requests) is required to perform the contract and communicate with the Customer. It is not sold to third parties for commercial purposes.
The website uses cookies for analytics and marketing, subject to visitor consent via the cookie banner. To exercise your rights (access, rectification, deletion), contact goldenblueriviera@gmail.com.
12.Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the Customer is invited to contact the Provider first to seek an amicable solution.
Failing agreement, and in accordance with consumer law, consumer Customers may use a free consumer mediation service or bring proceedings before the competent courts of the place of contract formation or their place of residence.
The Provider reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time; the version applicable is that in force on the date of booking.
